Malcon's Winter Edition build!
Whats up everybody! This forum is killer! Thanks for all the inspiration and information!
Here's my new Jeep. I've always been a car guy and I'm so excited to start down the road with the Jeep community.
Hope you like the build! I'm hoping to do something a little different...
See you around!
Santa Clarita CA
day 1
top down... Although I stayed up too late the night before pretending to be a kid again and was waaay to hung over to go anywhere... it looked cool at least. haha

GRAB BARS
I'm hoping this helps the Wife get in!
I love color.. as to why I chose chief blue. I'm hoping to capture a little bit of the 80s-90s culture with this build... should be interesting.
grab bars - Vans BMW grips
also...
I was a supervising animator on Moana so I had to show some love to the project. (mac laptop sticker)

I sold some car parts from another project and put in a tasty order of parts. Just to get things going I had to toss the shorty antenna on the jeep haha.
Its my daily also...
This should keep my busy for a while... With a baby in the house, I have to figure out what I can install in 2 hour nap-time increments. haha

Jeep project
I am not sure where to start Was thinking to add some light bar on the roof and the hood. For the lift I am not sure I got the molar lifetime warranty and I heard that if you do a lift over 2" it cancel the warranty

Warentee will depend on how friendly the dealer is and if the lift actually has anything to do with any potential damage of factory parts. If the dealer can fight they will and it really does not matter what lift or size. The 2" you have heard is not correct unless it is in the paperwork you got from the dealer. MetalCloak sells direct and is one of the best lifts you can buy and they offer many different lifts for budget and height. Unless you have put bigger tires on your jeep you are wasting your money with a lift and it will only lead to a less then factory quality ride. Light bars are illegal for on road driving and in Cali you must have the off road lights covered if you are driving on the road or chance getting a ticket. If you don't go off road at night then light bars are a total waste of money and are just bling.
Don't get in a hurry to throw a bunch of money at your jeep, enjoy it and over time you will find what mods and accessories will actually make having the jeep more enjoyable.
