Default Misfire and rough idle issues 2007 Jeep Wrangler

Had a quick question. Forgive the long post but maybe someone can help.

I have a 2007 jeep wrangler auto with 148K

I was driving home and it all the sudden started vibrating and check engine light was flashing. I got it the rest of the way home (about 2 miles) and it’s been downhill ever since.

Check the codes and first it was a cylinder 2 misfire. Then down parts list:

Coil
Spark plugs (still showing 3 and 6 misfire)
Coil packs
Spark plug wires
Camshaft position sensor (does the jeep need to relearn the new one because I am still getting the code for this)
Computer
Regrounded all the wire and ran new ground wires
Battery is good
Alternator is good
Getting signal to all wires going to coil
No knocks

I do have new catalytic converters to put on it but don’t feel that would fix the issue.

Anyone dealt with something like this? I am really at a loss and I don’t want to throw more money at it. I have gone through all the usual routine items for these symptoms (that I have diagnosed)

Any input would be appreciated.
