Airing down tires
Should you air down everytime you go out. I have never done it before but see that almost everyone does. I know what the benefits are but am wondering if you should always do it. Should you air down when offroading in snow? What do you air down to. How far can you drive on the pavement before airing back up? Thanks for any help.
If you know the trail and do not need the extra bite I say do not air down. Last run I did on wentworth springs (rubicon trail segment) I only did a sway bar disconnect and had no issues. Staying aired up gives you another inch or more clearance as well. If you spend a lot of time spinning, air down.

if you go down to 7psi. you can drive on road. but dont wanna go fast.
if you go down to like 15psi same concept as 7psi.
anything above that, you should be fine just as long not HIGHSPEED driving for hours on end.
