I think the guy in the back kept it from rolling over. That would have been REALLY bad.

afterwards you could see what the actual angle was by the mud line on the rear

I have front and side lev-o-gauge clinometers and I use them as a rough gauge for my line of travel. Any off camber side hills around 25 degrees definitely gets my blood pressure up a bit.

Those off camber make me pucker so much, my sphincter might fuse shut!

One of those came in my CJ5. I nevre really knew the point. Unless you go out and test how far it takes before your jeep rolls how will you know when it is too much? Or is it to just say I rolled at 48* when you are labeling photos?

well a lot of people know the general angle where u tip. So if it's at 45 and u see 40 u know ur going to be f'd real fast.

Here are some snap shots of my mounted lev-o-gauges. When you install them, make sure they are perfectly level.

Maybe he's that good.

But I hope I didn't "learn" much from that vid.

Sorry, but he's asking for trouble.

those with more experience please comment.

but the line the first jeep took looked good in the video. the line taken further right was much worse, do you think he was worried about the left rear corner getting damage.

so since i am learing comments regarding the line taken would be appreciated and how you select a line.
