I don't know how stiff the sidewalls are on your tires, but with the Toyo M/Ts
I can go down to 10 lbs with no problem.

Well like the previous post said it's hard to generalize as we don't know what type of tire you have and how strong the side wall is.

Another factor to consider is weight. Do you carry a lot of stuff with you? If the answer is no, than start off with high teens and start dropping it down 1 lb at a time to see how the tire performs and how confortable you are with it.

There is absolutely no point to go down to single digits with the tires you have. If you do, it will be pretty much like running four flats, and your tire will not have footprint pressure.

I'm usually running with a minimum of 500 lbs and I ususally stay in the high teens for the trail. The ride is noticeable smoother, as well it has sufficient foot print pressure for the weights I'm carrying.

Mild hi-jack if I may; Is there a chart somewhere that list brands and minimum pressures?

I don't think that anyone would have such a chart. It would pose liability issues. The tire pressure that you ultimately want to run depends on several factors including tire and rim sizes, vehicle weight, and terrain being encountered.

This would be a more difficult question than you might think. Like others have said it depends on a lot of factors. You will have to experiment.

I start at 15 psi for all day trips for all types off wheeling. I have not gone on a trip loaded down with camping gear yet but i will start at 18 psi and check the side wall buldge and go from there.

I have ran in the snow down at 10 psi.

..ya it looks like I'm usually around 700 lbs too, but it looks like your load is better distributed.
