I'm running BFG KM2's 35"over 15's and have about 32,000 miles on them and plenty of tread left.
I rotate all 5 tires about each 5-6K miles and keep the pressure up around 34 psi as I drive a mix of freeway and local each day.
The higher tire pressure bounces you some, but gives better gas and wear miles.
'09 JK 3.73 gears, manual trans - hope that helps.

4" Ranch lift, 33" mtz tires on 17" side biters. 6 spd manual, 2012, with 16 000km, I get about 14.8-15.2 liters per 100km

55k on my first set of KM2's 35x12.5x17 run them about 35psi and rotate about every 15k.

35" nitto mud grapplers/20x12 fuel octane. Mixed driving is 14.5-15. I wish it were better, but im almost positive im at 3.73 gear ratio. I may be going to 4.56 or 4.88 very soon.

I'm on 37 toyo mtr 513 gears and a crap load of weight

City 15 to 16 depenging on outside temp, highway always 19 mpg at around 75 mph
