Build it yourself. We have built 3 of these so far out of the garage from scratch. Each has 5x5 wheels, onboard water, power, and electric actuators to lift and level tent platform. Average cost $1500 without tent. <img src="https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=657565"/> <img src="https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=657568"/> <img src="https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=657570"/>

I wish we could say we had plans. LOL We just knew the basic interior dimensions and height we wanted. Threw some steel down and started welding and built up from there. Once we had a platform we figured out what width axle and then ordered it online. We knew that we wanted the tent in the lowered position to be below the roof of the jeep and the trailer to be no wider than the jeep to help on tight trails.

Yes, we tried a scissor jack at first which didn't work very well and then the actuators which worked better but they wouldn't rise together exactly the same and would bind a little. The trick was to use heim joints at the top of the lift poles as seen in the pictures. This keeps any binding from happening and lets you angle the tent in any direction quite a bit. So no longer concerned with leveling the trailer, we just park raise the tent and level the tent platform itself.
