Put a lawn sprinkler under the Jeep and let it run all under.

Sand is kind of like cancer. Once you get it it just spreads it doesn't matter if it is a little pinch! By the time you get home your jeep is covered! In all seriousness though, when ever I hit sand I just try to keep my jeep washed day by day. When we go to South Padre Island I wash my vehicle every evening. The main thing is to wash the wheel assembly good and under the hood. That is where it will do the most damage! So take it to a do it your self wash and turn the tires back and forth and wash all of you stuff good. That is the best you can do.

Or just do like m mcan said and just set a sprinkler under it for a few hours!

go with the sprinkler route...get the ones that are about 16" long and go back and forth..they seem to work real well for me.

I'll go along with all the previous suggestions, but I would add the use of a product I purchase and use on my JetSkis. It's "SALT TERMINATOR". Sprays on with the use of a garden hose and kills the affects of salt.

I usually soap up the undercarriage with the manual wash and run it through the automatic. Its pretty effective. The island wash right across the bridge to south padre is really nice btw

The sprinkler is how I do mine, although a couple of the other ideas expressed here should work too.....

I don't live by the beach, so no salt here, but plenty of sand, dirt & dust, so I make sure to wand wash it good every couple of weeks.
