I have a tuner up for sale. Check link below for pricing and info about it. The tuner is awesome. No jeep to use it on anymore. But when I did have my 2009 jeep jk the tuner was bad ass. Made a bit of a performance difference and the gauge display is rockin.

The download function I believe you are referring to are the built in functions of the tuner. This little tuner has many functions... Some in which you need to download to your jeeps flash. Others you can control via the tuner without having to flash. The tuner itself has the latest software from BullyDog.

By the way, this is a complete kit just like retail. It has the stickers the manual and warranty form. There is nothing wrong with this unit. All you need to install is a key on power source. Either your fuse box or other method.
And if your close to my house in the inland empire I'll even help you install it and do your first flash download.
