The pintle is attached to a 10 or 12 inch riser/adapter on the receiver. Just so happens that it is a perfect height for the trailer's lunette and still keeps the trailer perfectly horizontal. The down fall is getting the tailgate open as the receiver is too tall and sits directly behind the tailgate. I have to remove the receiver and trailer from the jeep in order to get the tailgate open. The reality though is its not that big of a hassle since the trailer weight is distributed over its axle really well. Even with the trailer full of stuff lifting the trailer off the pintle or moving the trailer around by hand is a piece of cake.
The wheel adapters were an Ebay find. They are 5 x 5.5 to 5 x 5 2in spacer adapters. If I can find my invoice from the company I will post their info.

I still have all the original parts. I decided against using the original lights and wiring since I had an extra set of new trailer lights lying around. I thought the square lights matched the JK more than the egg shaped military lights. Who knows maybe someday I might go back the to the original lighting. I have heard that the bulbs on the original lights can be changed out to 12v but I never took the time to figure out which ones I needed.
Thanks for everyones positive comments !!!!!
P.S. If someone knows the part numbers of the 12v bulbs to put in the militatry taillight housing please post. Thank you.

Your trailer is looking great. I purchased mine last summer and I have completly stripped it and painted it. I am ready for tires and rims and I am activly looking for stock oem's. My question is what make/type of wheel spacers did you get> I know they are converting a 5 on 5.5 to a 5 on 5 but was there any issues with the center hub fitting. Are they special order. My second question is where did you find the new shackels? I have heard you can replace them with a ply leaf spring bushing set but i am unsure which year or type to put in there. And last you said that you had to switch your brakes after you dropped your axel to under the springs.. That one has me confused. If I move it from over to under and not turn the axel around doesn't it remain the same???? Thanks for your help!

thats pretty sick!! i really like it. i probably would have kept the older military style wheels on it and just painted the wheels, but i like the looks a lot! really cool! have you used it yet???
