Default 2014 rubicon simple build

I started to build a simple yet efficient Rubi,

mods so far

antenna x
AEV snorkel
AEV front bumper
AEV rear bumper

next , I will add 33 inch tires, I am debating beteween cooper maxx at, duratrac at, bfg at ko. all in 285 70 17.
will no add lift, only a 3/4 inch front spacer to aliviate some of the rake.

wheels.....torn between AEV black pintler and savegres.

I was going to use MB wheels "like 120 bucks, but last time I used them in my sahara tan, withing 6 month the clear coat
on the matte black started to fade and look whitish, i gues you get what you pay for.

suggestions ? comments ?

I your going to wheel it in the rocks, I propose a good gas tank skid. The crossmember is also very weak and can get bent up pretty bad. I'm bias though I destroyed my gas tank skid and crossmember wheeling my Con stock. 2door too.

Nice build... I'm doing the same thing. I'm going with Black AEV Pintlers and 285/70/17 Duratracs. Im keeping my Rubi X bumpers installed for now. Probably just a basic leveling kit to remove the rake as well. Good Luck!

if you are going with 33,s you do not need a leveling kit, just throw in a one inch spacer in the front , I had 3 jks one with 33 and never ever did I rub even hard wheeling.
the other one was on 34 inch toyos , and did used a terraflex bb with extra 3/4 inch in front because of the bumper winch weight though

on my rubi I will use only the 1 inch in front because of the bumper weight.
.
her is the pic of my now sold 07 with 33's mtr and no lift

Keep it all aev. Just really expensive. I would get toyo open country tires. They'll outlast any tire.
