Yes I will need a new drive shaft. But I havent wheeled the jeep so I haven't bought one

I'm runnin 4.5" on stock ds. I run Disco'ed, and havent had issues yet. 6 months at least on the lift so far.

the flat fenders aren't helping the situation any. maybe you should sell/trade to me and ill give your my stock ones.

Do you wheel it hard? I wouldn't wheel my hard that often. I like the look of the 4door with the 4.5" lift. But may consider a 3.5" and not have to worry about anything DS issues.

It's not necessarily wheelin hard that does it, it depends how much you get into flexy stuff. I actually managed to hit my tranny pan with an aftermarket 1310ds if you can believe it. You may not have problems now but you most likely will down the road if you wheel it and flex it.

Hmm good to know. I don't want to buy s drive shaft right now. So I'm holding off as long as I can.

Closest photo I have is of cowboypunks. It's got the 4.5" AEV with stock rubi tires.
