Default Axe and winch tree removal

Recently purchased an old colonial that hasnt had any landscaping in forever. Took down about 10 pines today ranging from 15-40'. Cut a hinge in with an axe and winched em right over. Always a new use for my JK!

You gotta love justifying the winch expenditure to our better halves. Here's one of mine getting an apple tree stump up and out:

I cleared a 1/4 acre lot full of palmetto palms and pine trees with my warn 9.5 cti and chain saw. Of course I also had to buy a snatch block to help with the really large ones. Contractor wanted $30,000 to clear the lot, I did it for about $1,200. THAT IS WHY I NEEDED A WINCH! My wife finally realized I was right.

Now why do I need a lift?
