uhhh. Kinda looks a little wierd. I would have done it over the metal part of the door and left the plastic alone. Hope it works for you though! Way to be different

Interesting... looks like it was burnt in a fire... but at least the plastic bits on your door won't get scratched... that bed liner stuff works wonders for that...

yes i get some mixed reviews on the doors but i always beat the shit out of them... they always get all scratched up and i mashed the shit out of the passenger side with a piece of roll cage so i figure why the hell not i did the floors.. and the stuff i put on the doors you can paint im just a little wary in trying the paint out.... but it works for me... il pretty ruff with kicking the doors open with my foot now i don't have to worry about it at all.. so i am happy with the way it came out...

lol The reviews weren't mixed.

I've actually thought about sanding mine a bit and having the paint shop shoot them in body color and then clear coat them. Wonder if the clear coat would hold up to scratches better than the plastic?

they look a lot better in person than they do in the picture though... not sure if the cleat coat would hold up with a lot of abuse i know i would destroy it

Did you sand it first? I herculined some of the plastic in my jeep (on accident) while doing the tub and the stuff peels right off.
