Default Building my own Slide-Out Basket for 2dr

So I've been looking for a Basket Rack to fit in the back of my JK but all I've found are the Bestop Suspended rack and the Warrior Rack. Granted, those seem like great racks but i wanted one that can slide out the back so that i can load it up with ease. And so my mind began to wander. My brother and I began to brainstorm like crazy. In the end we decided to build our own rack.

We started off by buying the Bestop Highrock Basket without the suspension and go from there. We decided we needed to get:
-2 3in pipes about a foot and a half
-8 tubular clamps
-2 48in sliders for drawers
-2 4ft 2in Angle Iron
-1 6ft 1 1/2in Angle Iron
-1 4ft 1in Angle Iron
-1 8ft 1in Angle Iron
-Bestop Highrock Basket

SO we decided to start that weekend when we had time which was to be a saturday morning...which ended up becoming an all day project that was way worth it in the end

This is where we drilled through the angle iron to bolt on the sliders

for the slider assembly you must also drill through the other angle iron that will be placed on the slider before placing it and bolting it to the main angle iron on the jeep

once bolted on to the jeep the bolts should fit flush and not hit the sliders

Once sliders are attached they should be tied together by two more angle irons going across

The basket should sit across the rails like so, do not remove rails simply measure and pre-drill wholes for basket and then bolt on the basket
