Smile Expedition One rear bumper and tire carrier

Ordered the Expedition One rear bumper and carrier a few days ago and should be shipping out in the next day or so. Let the excitement build and the pacing to begin.

Pics to follow once everything comes in and gets installed.

This is a great rear bumper we sell quite a few. Open tire carrier and tail gate with one hand, the wives love them.....

Yeah, I was all excited and then Expo-One's material/parts truck broke down with my parts on it. Now I am in the waiting game again.

Not a bad idea... or for a few months then I could get the rest of the goodies... Bushwacker Flares, couple inch lift, matching front bumper...ugh, the list is toooooo long to type out!

Yeah, I have really slowed down on my purchases. This winter was a little more rough than I care to admit to. Everything comes in time, just have to be patient.

I can tell you it's durrable as hell. I got plowed into at 35mph+ by a Liberty a while back. Totaled the Liberty, my JK was largely undamaged. Just needed a new tailgate.

One piece of advice. Watch how tight you torque down the bushings on the tailgate connector. If you don't tighten them down enough it'll come slamming back on you if you're on an incline. If you tighten them down to much you won't get the dang thing open.

Thanks for the advice.

I was hoping to get out and get the thing installed after work but we just got an inch of snow and it is colder than crap out there right now. Ugg! More than likely I will go out and fight through the cold anyway since I have no patience at all. Got something new in the garage? It HAS to get on ASAP!
