Hail Damage Anyone?
actually i think the fact that its flat makes it worse. because the hail will hit your hood directly as opposed to hitting a slanted surface and deflecting some of the energy from the hail

LOL...forget that crap! I can get a new hood...I only have one head!
Plus after looking a little closer tonight, it got my cowl, top of my windshield, who knows what else

My LJ received some damage last year on the hood and cowl. Depending on how bad they are they sometimes disappear on their own due to some metal memory. We had some hail this week in Conway but it was small and I didn't notice any damage on my JK.

I got slammed last night.. Here's a video of the morning after. Wonder if I can figure out a way to get an aftermarket hood?

Went to the insurance adjuster today...20 minutes later I have $1800 check in my pocket.
So my options are to take it to a shop and let them take the entire amount and a little bit more using aftermarket parts, or search for some used factory parts and fix it myself for cheap, and use the rest for a new front bumper
Anybody have a used hood?

Maybe a stock hood and a new bumper?
