I got the first M&R High5 Grill kit for the JK
Hey guys
Before i get started i just want to say that i LOVE this forum have been a member for years. I want to share my experience with M&R Automotive
I use to have the M&R 50" Light bar on my roof but unfortunately it got stolen
The thieves did a lot of damage to my car when they ripped it off and i told myself that I would never buy something that expensive that is so vulnerable to theft
I contacted the fallas at M&R and proposed an idea for something more discrete
They have fulfilled my expectations with the High5 kit that is awesome looking on the JK
Just want to share a product that im a HUGE fan of and recommend it to everyone
Makes me feel a lot better knowing that its behind my grill and its not that easy to take while my car is just parked.
Just in case you guys are interested, they can be seen at MandRonline.com

The idea is great !
I do, however, wonder about a few things:
During slow offroading in hot desert, wouldn't they block too much of the intake in front of the radiator, even more so with 2 rows of lights.
Doesn't the bar block some of the light?
Are the bodies made of aluminum or plastic? Cooling fins?
I also wonder about "cooking" the lights so close to the radiator.
What is the light color? Under 5500K?

The lights are roughly 2" by 2" each with plenty spacing. The area they take up doesn't impact the cooling of the JEEP
They sit right over the bully bar. If some of the light is lost it's right up close and has no impact from the driver seat. Light output is crazy
They are aluminum and have cooling fins
This set is advertised as pure white at 6000k
