I contemplated several different front bumpers over the past year. I decided on Iron Bull's new addition to the "bumper crop". I like the lines of it, as well as how stout it is.
The winch also mounts totally inside the bumper (I do not have one installed yet, but will before summer) so it still looks very clean. At EJS they had one with a normal style bar, as well as a pretty stout stinger option.
Here's mine in Pritchett Canyon,...

I was able to install my Iron Bull bumper the Friday my Rubi got loaded on the trailer to go to Moab. I enjoyed meeting the IB guys at the vendor show, too. They had great pricing on their bumpers (no shipping that heavy ass *****) and a couple of other models (Jesse, you should post up the different bars available. They look great!)
I love the look of this bumper. And the install is a piece of cake for the most part. You remove the stock bumper, drill out the mounting bolts a bit (makes it easier to align the thing as well). Trim the cross bracing bar that hides under the jeep. and bolt it on! It is heavy and big. I installed it myself by using my daughter's computer chair that has the ability to be adjusted up and down. I used a blanket to protect the chair, my daughter held it still, I placed the bumper on it, and rolled it into place lining up the bolts to the frame, and started bolting it in.
I also installed the Baja Designs Fuego's. A little more tricky, but I just bent the mounting tab down, loosely bolted the light to the tab, and bent the tab back into place while positioning the lights. It's not a perfect fit, but I don't know that it has to be. It looks and works great. I also added some Lifeforce Strykers to the top. No winch yet (no money left over:bawling
, but before my Colorado trip for sure this summer.
I managed to whack the **** out of it several times at EJS. I really mean I whacked the **** out of it, especially falling back on rock ledges (The Rock Pile) in Pritchett Canyon when my 4 lo popped out trying to climb. The coating material got cut right on the edge of the bumper, which should be a very easy fix, but the bumper didn't bend at all. Nothing. This thing is very well built. I agree that powder coating WOULD NOT do as well as this stuff. I would have had all kinds of chips and scratches just from encountering loose debris and vegetation.
Anyway, some posing shots from MOAB,...

I highly recommend this bumper.

I like that a lot. It's one of the few full width bumpers that actually WORKS with the stock fender lines. I love how it "closes the gap" between the top of the bumper and bottom front edge of the front fenders. Most full bumpers look like ass because the gaps there are huge. Looks good.
Do you know if it's available without fog light holes? I went on their web site but nothing is listed for Jeeps yet.

I would suspect that they could do the no fog lights thing for you. Call Jesse, from the website, and he was very helpful. He has a discounted price from another forum. Ask him about that.
And the install is VERY easy.
