Actually, it's been fine. We have a few rough roads round here and whilst it sways a bit on the rough bits it holds fine. I may strengthen the bracket to reduce movement but it's probably not necessary.

It a cop 4x4 mount - they don't make them anymore for the ipad2 but i heard they make them for the mini - i made mine permanent with mounting brackets but its a simple as slipping that casing over your stock dash, plugging the iPad into the stock radio and using the auxiliary…..i use the gps speed/trip app also, gives you GPS speed, trip detail, exact locations, etc….that case is the best 200 bucks i have spent on this jeep.

Have my note 10.1 mounted in a ram tablet mount with a 6 inch extension. I then purchased a new grab bar from carolina metal masters that has a 1 inch ball included. Off road the setup is really stable.

I bought an Apple iPad smart case for my 4 in dark grey. With the case on it's a spot on fit with the RAM holder and the colour is dead match, too.
