A weight distribution hitch doesn't increase your tongue weight capacity and a GVRW of 3500 is maxing your towing capacity without including any gear/food/etc.

I pull my 24' mallard (up to 6000lbs loaded) with my JKU from storage to the local camp grounds (<40 miles) without a problem. I never go over 55 mph and it just trucks through. I get about 13 mpg on stock tires which is the same as any truck would get pulling this thing.. Set up is a 09' JKU with 2.5" OME HD springs and shocks, prodigy brake controller, weight distribution with anti sway control and superchips flashpack set on towing. Have done it about 4-5 times this year so far and have given it a long look over and everythng looks great so far. I know I need to do the tranny cooler and I just got my Ripp SC so my jeep will be all grown up here soon. I think the unlimiteds are under rated...

My Pop up is only an 8ft'r. But im going with airbags and weight distro with sway control to be extra safe if I get something bigger.

Default Here is our new setup

Obviously I did NOT tow this! We keep it stored at Ocean Lakes in Myrtle Beach. I tow the golf cart when we go down.

I am thinking about pulling the trigger on a 2006 Rockwood Freedom pop up camper. Wondering what experience people have pulling this camper with their JK as well as any other experience with the camper in general.
