I average about 13.3 mpg with 37's and 4:10 gears.

I am averaging almost 17 mpg on 42' tires, Dynatrac PR 60/80 combo; Ripp Supercharger with an about to be released "XL Kit" with new tune with a really nice upgrade in power and efficiency on and off the road.

Default coilover+bybass??

Good morning please i need help, i have JK 2010 with v8 and 40" tire and i am installing now coilover.. the question do i need to install bypass shocks as well for the front thanks.

No you don't have to install a bypass unless you want the extra tuning they offer. Todays coil overs are offered with internal bypass and compression adjusters and for the most part will give enough adjustment unless you are racing it.
