Finally got the top paint matched! Pretty happy with how it turned out.

Wow, look at that pink one hiding back there! Is that yours too? Those pics must be a little old since have the old top sans the new name decals. That jeep is really coming together. Looks great.

The pink Jeep is a supercharged 700+ hp LS3 swapped, long arm, 1-ton swapped bad-ass. Steve Hampton owns that. That's his home shop, and those pics were taken last night. He had to re-paint the new hood because I got in some nasty mud three days after putting it on the last time and etched the clear coat really bad. Decals went back on after those pics were taken.

Thanks for the compliments though. Skid plates, rear bumper, turbo, roll cage, stereo, then it will be done. hell, who am I kidding?

Here's a little better picture of his... I couldn't have gotten this far on mine without his time and help. He has almost a full machine shop and paint booth at the other end of this shop, and an industrial paint and power-coating business. Helps to have good friends with the right tools.

decals back on... they are black in direct sunlight, but reflect almost white in the right light.

Been a while since I update this. I have since acquired a nice set of Rugged Ridge tube doors, a Quadratec 26" lighbar, LUX rock lights, Artec inner fenders, and logged several wheeling trips. Also made it to the Unlimited Off-Road Expo in Ft Worth this weekend. Long-arming the front (Artec/ Metalcloak), and adding the Borla crawler exhaust and JCR rockers in the next 30 days.

Very nicely done! Only $3K in the axles?! You must have done the work yourself or ya stole 'em!

I had a lot of help, but yes, we built them. Salvage yard 2006 F350SD D60 for the front, and 2006 GM 14-bolt for the rear with Artec swap trusses and brackets. Selling the semi-built 44s out of our old Rubicon paid for most of it. I would have had $6500-7000 in them if I hadn't recouped the money from the 44s.

Borla exhaust and Artec 3-link installed. REALLY happy with the quality and fit of all this. Those lower links are 2.25" 7075, and the uppers are 2".
