Yes they are pintlers, black center caps can be purchased separately.

I just got mine on a month ago. The only thing I wasn't happy about was that it still had that factory rake so I ended up putting a 3/4 spacer up front. Ride is a little stiff but definitely a lot better than what I had. Hoping to see how well it flexes soon.
