Lets see your 2DR's with 37's!

Looking to lift mine and I hear you can fit 37's under a teraflex 4" so I was curious what 37's look like on it or any other lift for that matter.

The Teraflex 4" kit on a 2 door actually yields 5" inches so with that and flat flares you can run 37's and flex them really well too. Looking forward to seeing pictures.

So when you say flat do you mean it has to be like that all the time or just when wheeling and flexing? cus I do alot of city driving.

Ok I'll play, 2" old man emu w/ 37" kevlars:

This setup works but I'm running a little more bumpstop than I'd like. I plan on going up to a 3" lift so I can get more flex out of my rig, just not in the budget at the moment after the tires and axles, lol.

How the heck do you run 37's with a 2" lift? I have an 08 JK with the 2" Mopar Lift. Keep in mind I have the stock fender flares, but how big of tires could I run? What if I got flat fender flares? I'm mind blown right now.

Haha I knew that would get someones attention :D I like my rigs low.

The flat flares free up a lot of real-estate, and I'm not affraid of cutting sheetmetal. I running 2.5" extended bumpstops from teraflex front and rear, and have trimmed ALOT of material from the pinch seam in front the the rear tire.

I have the 2" old man emu light duty coils and shocks, jks track bars, rock krawler front lca's...and b/c of all the armor I have I'm trully only running 2" of lift, not the 3" some people get from these springs on a lighter rig.

The rear tires do rub a little at full stuff but it's pretty minimal so I'm not to cocerned. Like i said i do plan to go to about 3" of lift so i can get some uptravel back and a little more flex.

I woudnt hesitate to run 35's on your setup w/ some trimmed stock fenders and some extra bumpstoppage out back if you don't want to trim a bunch.

(I take it you checked out my BIO or whatever to see what my set-up was.) The lift says it can accommodate up to 35's, but i'm hesitant. What exactly do the bigger bump stops do? I can probably scratch up enough for Flat Fenders, so then I could easily fix them, but I'm still concerned. I don't wanna spend alot of money then have to pay more to fix my mistake. If you don't mind, could you fully explain how I could run 35's with no rubbing?

If you haven't seen them yet, definitely check out some of Planman's threads. He's got the entire LGOC down to a science.

How to run 37s with flat flares, a 1" body lift, and 2.5"-3" suspension lift.

Here's his rig w/ 40's on a 3" lift!
