M100 Trailer Build

I recently purchased an M100 and am in the process of planning the build. It'll end up being a transformer like canoe carrying utility/camping combo. I saw a guy on here had some spacers built off of ebay to convert his trailer hubs to match the jeep hubs. I've a 2013 with a 5x5 pattern. Trailer is a 5x5.5. Seems like a custom built spacer my work on this trailer since I'm not putting any power or breaking to the wheels. Any thoughts on this idea or any idea where this guy is located that was on this site the last couple of years? He was based in CA.

Just realized I had already spoken with these folks. They'd stated that because my trailer hub has a 4-in center bore, they couldn't make the adapter. It wouldn't leave enough metal to maintain the structural integrity. If you get to make the adapters I'd like to know how. I figured, if they simply made them a little thicker it would work, but I didn't think to ask that question when i spoke to them previously.

I guess I need to check the hub size on mine I never thought of that. I will check it out when I get the trailer home later today

Order the whole axel brand new. Measure the overall distance and call it in. Axel comes with new bearings

Attachment 590091

and was cheaper than adapters when I was building mine

I went ahead and ordered an axle today that is a match for the jeep. Should be here in a couple weeks, Axle company is backed up right now

Did you get with drums so you could use the parking brake?
