Default Monstaliner project

I took on a pretty big project this time. After spraying my bumpers and rock sliders I decided to do my floors and then thought it would be fun to pull the rest of it apart and spay my xrc armor. Still working on it, but thought I would show what I have so far.

Looks good. How are you applying the liner?

Nice.!!! One day when I get some trail rash, rust, or it shows its age, that is exactly my vision! Nice job!

I'm spraying it with the Shults gun. I tried the roller on a small project and had trouble with the roller leaving trash in the liner. I sprayed the trim and hood loover with pyroclastic this morning. Hope to get them on the evening.

I cleaned with MEK and used the scotch Brite that they send in the kit on all the parts and body, then whiped down everything very thoroughly with MEK. I will warn you that spraying is very messy. Be sure to cover everything you don't want sprayed. I have spent about 2 weeks taking the jeep apart, prepping, spraying and getting most of it back together. Of course that's after work and weekends.

The hood loover was a little different because it is aluminum. I had to use a 2 part epoxy primer and after sanding and cleaning the loover I rolled the primer on, let dry overnight and sprayed 2 coats pyroclastic on it. I'm actually considering spraying all that is left white with the smurfadellic blue. But that will be another project.
