Default My new Rubi came home today!

My 2012 JKU Rubi was delivered yesterday and I picked her up today. I will post some pics tomorrow when its daylight. Specs:

Bright white
Dark Saddle/Black interior with leather
Auto
NAV
Soft Top
Connectivity
Max tow

The USAA $1000 incentive moved to 2012 models today instead of just on 2011. Lucky me.

Chrysler had a $1k rebate on all 2011 models for the last 6 weeks or so for USAA members. On 10/1, that $1k was applied to all vhicles, both 2011 and 2012 for members. Thsi is on top of their discounted price that is pre-negotiated. I ended up walking out of that dealership at $2500 under invoice before doc fee, tax and title. The managers were talking across the wall about how they could not do the deal, they were losing money. They actually asked me if I would split the incentive with them. I got a smokin deal

USAA has a pre-segotiated price with its network of dealers. You build your vehicle on USAA's site and it tells you the price you pay. When I ordered mine, there was no additional incentive, but like I said earlier, the $1k was added on 10/1. Every dealerships USAA price is different. it appears to me that each dealership can give as big of a discount as they want. For example, my local dealership only goes $600 under invoice as their USAA price, however, there is a dealership in Dunn, NC that is $1350 under invoice. Both of these prices are no-haggle and do not include the additional $1k that is available now. I used the Dunn dealership's price in my negotiation and got $1500 under invoice when I ordered.
