Default Paint job

My Sahara fenders are beat up with bugs and they look horrible. I took it to the local body shop to see how much it was to paint 4 fenders and the price he gave me was $575. I think thats high but what do you all think?

That sounds hi. If I was you I'd have them lineX or a similar product. My sahara fenders got dinged up in a horrible trail accident near the walmart parking lot :/ lol. Yeah so after that I got them lineX for 200 and have been taking on shopping carts and old ladies without leaving a mark! The kicker for price is if you remove them or have the shop do it. They are a pain to take on and off so 500 for everything might not be hateful. Give me a PM if you need help on the how too.

For a few hundred, I'm sure you could locate Red Rock take offs from members who switched up into flat fenders. Put out a feeler under wanted in the for sale section. $575 is ridiculous, even if that is what it costs for repair. Good luck either way.

Find someone here that's upgrading theirs and see if you can grab them, for less then the paint shop is charging. Buy you some cans of line-X and see how they look or just leave them the flat black. I don't think I'd repaint them to match the Jeep, unless you personally like that.

He said he was giving me a deal for 575 since we were friends. He said the book price was 725.
