Default Popularity of Grill Inserts?

I have a black JK and considering putting chrome grill inserts and headlight rings on it. I have rarely seen any pictures of them being used. How about comments and pictures of chrome being used.

I used to have chrome grille inserts, but since I've bedlined the grille I've taken them out. Anyways here's an old pic.

There is not a lot of love for chrome on the forums. A lot of people make their own grill inserts. I made my own using some scrap perforated aluminum panel. I bought from work for $3.75. If you search for grill mod you should find it.

Gosh I love those bumpers overseas.

For inserts go with the mesh much like others mentioned its definitely cheaper than buying It elsewhere. DIY is the way to go

Couldn't tell you who the owner is, the photo shows up every now and then as kind of a "what most people would never do to a jeep" thing, as in the case of me posting it here. I'm sure there are some people out there that may dig it, probably not on this forum, maybe on the "Donk, Box and Bubble" forums.

Anyway, the seats look like stock leather ones, not sure though.

The bad thing is if the mud would dry up and cake on the mesh, cuts out the air flow ya know...looks nice but I wouldn't install it. Would be nice if its removable...
