Where do you live? That would be perfectly street legal here (In California) if you put some mud flaps on it in back.

well not wanting to deal with the electronics for the speedo abs, and esp. it looks like im going to put in some autometer gauges and a built vortec 5.7 gm engine with overdrive auto trans. and the motor will be a 10.5-1 with a good cam and will be making about 360-380 horse. and this whole motor swap should not go over 3500-4000. sounds a little better than the hemi. and i no longer will need to deal with all the electronics of this.

any progress

its been awhile

 

had to stay a weekend in vegas working, so i havent got as much done as i would like. but i picked up both front fenders and and the rear driver 1/4 panel just need to finish welding and fix the rocker and swap out the hood with one i got from ebay. this is only cosmetic, but its gotta look good as well.

 

That jeep is looking mean, nice work, looking forward to the next set of pictures

no hemi in its future turbo the 3.8 or high compression 400 h.p. 383 gm running e85.

 

Looking good. With as much as you have done, I say ditch the 3.8L and drop a V8 in.
