I have 60's and EVO put them in, and I still want that SBS for the cool factor!

That's really cool. Where did you get the adapter to allow the Hurst shifter to work on the auto? What was involved in the install?

i would like to know that answer as well. would love to get a nice looking shifter for my auto as well.

Check out koolknobs.com. I've had one on my truck for 10 years. I had a rattle from a rattlesnake I killed placed in it. He can do multiple shapes, color, color swirls and put anything of the appropriate size in them. You can use an adaptor like he has listed for the Ford trucks, just measure the gear shaft. I had him put a couple of set screws in the adaptor so it is removable from the shifter.

It is a great way to personalize and NO ONE has another like it. It is on my short list of things left to do on my JK; I've just not decided on the exact one.

Some cool stuff here but I have to say the OEM knobs are one of the factory trim bits I like.
