Finally cut the fenders and bumper + RC stock stubby kit
Lots of reading on JK-FORUM.com
I used a utility knife to cut the fenders off (while on the jeep) and a multi-tool to cut the undersupports
For the bumper used a saw-zaw to cust the plastic off and then a 4" cut off wheel to cut the metal. Also I was not happy with the plastic x-mas tree plugs holding the caps on so I used 1/4 inch heavy duty rivets and secured them through the metal
I'm very happy with this for less than $100 total

Here is another pic of it finished. I think it looks pretty good still have to cut the rear fenders not trimming them width-wise anymore because i'm going to go to 35's
