Folks my Jk is finally done.

Thanks to all those members who have provided me help and special thanks to Piginajeep who has helped
me a lot and special thanks to Danny Milton from SOLID.

Modifications Done.

SOLID D60 with Kingpin Knucles
3.125 O.D. x .50 Wall DOM axle tubes
Superior 5.13 Gears
Dutchman Chromoly 35 Spline Axle Shafts
High Quality Disk Bigger Brakes
Free Wheeling Hubs
ARB Air Lockers

Solid D60 Rear
3.13 x 1/2 inch wall DOM tubing
Coated stainless steel flexible brake lines
Heavy duty Solid Axle Industries’ differential cover
U-bolt style yoke
35 Chromoly Axle Shafts
ARB locker
Forged Solid Axle Industries wheel hubs
Timken roller bearings
Solid Axle Industries chromoly drive flange kit

SOLID complete custom Heavy Duty Chromoly Steering setup Drag Link, Tie Rod with 1 ton tie rod ends Track Bar with High Steer Kit

Tom Woods 1350 Rear Driveshafts and 1310 Front

AEV Snorkel with Custom Air Box to use AEM Cold CAI

Heavy Duty Power Steering Cooler

And with new Full traction suspension bushings LOL

All the electronics are working perfectly ABS senors, taction control etc and the stopping distance with larger brakes is huge improvement
drive better then stock and i can drive now with my front wheels free

very very nice man
those axles sure look the buisness
love the xenons. why get rid of the bushwackers?
one thing i noticed was that there was no steering stanbiliser. does that setup not need one or is that why you put in an extra cooling radiator? EDIT:(my bad its just hiding behind the tie rod.)

looks great. my dream setup

Looks great! You may want to consider flipping over the control arm to put that zirk fitting on the top side, so it doesn't get knocked off. Jeep looks awesome!

I understand the r-hand drive and why the steering is reveresed vs the US, But why would they reverse the rear track bar too....so both axles shift to teh same side I guess. Nice axles, and sweet set-up!

Congrats on the axles! I also have been kicking around the idea of trying to mod up an airbox that would utilize the Airaid and an AEV snorkle.

Thanks for all the comments guys without your help it would be a very difficult job. Next would be to put EVO Coil Overs and new shoes 37" with beadlocks.
