Looking good indeed! Redrock discovered a nice combination with the hulk wheels and they look sharp with the Jeep green!

Toyo MT's huh. I have been looking at these pretty seriously.

what size did you opt for? did you have to add spacers?

EDIT :: nevermind......just actually read your post. But what do you think of the Toyo's so far?

mickfluff 05-08-2007 01:35 PM

ask redrock

Toyos are great

hear are my thoughts, hands down best tire around for what I wanted, aggressive tread pattern, off road capabilities and on road still a very nice and smooth ride.... these deliver.... thats the good news. But nothing is that good, they are one of the most expensive tires out there and they are heavy as hell, 30+% heavier then most other similar like tires. Weight is never good.... but man I have never seen a sidewall as rugged, tough and strong as this...

but overall pro's to me out way the cons....

Highly recomend

yep I got the inspiration for the Hulk wheels from mickfluff. :D That being said, I just sold my wheels/tires yesterday and am waiting for my new 15" wheels to show up. The 15's I ordered that I really want won't be here for a few weeks, so I had to order some 15x8 Cragar Soft 8s to roll on until they get here.

RedRock, your getting rid of the Hulks?

They looked so good on your JK.

Yes, and thanks. I agree the Hulks are one of the best looking wheels on any JK right now. I got a nice deal on some 15" tires and wanted to try them out. I found some 15" wheels I really like and got them ordered, they will be here in a few weeks. Until they get here I'll be running 15x8 Cragar Soft 8's. One of the big benefits of 15" wheels and tires is the cost...they are a good bit cheaper.
