Stubby front bumper and new winch installed
Well since my dad and I are the only ones home this Christmas we decided to tackle this mod. He had the idea for the stubby of the front bumper so i let him run with it. I knew it would take FOREVER because he is a perfectionist but what the hell else do I have to do today? So here are the few pictures

Lookin' good!
You have really made that stock bumper a lot more utilitarian looking.
What type of screws (i presume) did you use to hold the end caps back on with?

truthfully... no clue. My dad had them around his workshop. He had 6 black screws in a bag so we used them.
Originally the ends were going to fit a little better with no gap at the bottom like you can see but he cut one side to short somehow so both sides had to be cut shorter to make it look right. I dont mind it though and he has some black silicon he is going to finish it up with.

well got no clue yet. It has a faster line spool that the PE8000 so thats a huge plus. And as long as it doesnt short out like the 2 solenoids i had on the PE8000 before Mile Marker replaced it then ill love it! True test comes this weekend. Heading up with a group to Tellico and we are set to tackle the bigger obstacles. I have a feeling itll be used quite a bit this weekend

1. Bought the PE8000 brandnew from TruckFest this year
2. Solenoid was a new MOSFET control desgin and plug failed
-i had to pay to ship to MM and they sent me a new design solenoid
3. Recieved new solenoid and it shorted in 2 weeks (no offroad)
-MM sent me a new solenoid and a return label for my old solenoid
4. Recieved new solenoid and it shorted in 2 DAYS (no offroad)
-MM sends me a new SI9500 winch free of charge and is sending a return label to send back my PE8000
As mad as i was about the solenoid shorts I cannot lie, their customer service is outstanding. I mean i could send an email at 8:15 A.m. and have a response by 8:30 A.m. and it wasnt a quick reply, it was thought out and personalized. I mean they sent me a whole new winch to keep my happy and keep my with Mile Marker. I cannot complain about that!
