Wanted !!!! 33" tires with 3.5" or 4" lift
as in title, a picture of any jeep 33" tires with 3.5", 4" lift will do and if its possible of 2dr jk ... !!

4 inches of lift is way too much for 33s, especially when you can fit most 33s with no lift at all.
Here's a 2-door with 3-inch HD coils in the front and 3.25-inch coils in the rear... http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d8...Rustys/33s.jpg 33s, 3" lift, 3/4" spacer up front... http://my.project-jk.com/data/505/me...p_Lift_026.jpg Same setup as above... http://www.benhedrick.com/JK9.jpg 3.5" lift and 33s... http://i255.photobucket.com/albums/h...82008_0376.jpg |
I would consider just going for 35's the really fill out the 2drs! But if 33's fit your fancy go for it!:D

What I'm wondering is which has a greater effect on the seat-of-the-pants feel when you accelerate... Is it the added weight of larger tires that slows you down, or the torque-reducing larger diameter? I know it's a combination of both, but which slows you down more? Would a lightweight 35" tire bog down a Jeep the same as a heavy 33" tire? :hmm: |
Ryno thanks for the pics, exactly what I was looking for too....
I honestly dig the look, I've been contemplating 33's or 35's ? ...as I'm about to FINALLY put in my 3" BD lift and regearing is a little too pricey for me right now...I think 3" with 33's looks pretty alright, and I should be able to manage with the stock gears good post |
