just soap and water, no product needed, at least for me, but mine are a flat black paint.

I know our water here in bossier leaves stupid amounts of water spots after I wash which shows on my black wheels..I usually just take the towel that I dry the body of the jeep with and wipe all the water drops off of them and that works really well for me. So pretty much a damp cloth

ditto, I wouldn't use anything too strong if you have a flat black finish. It is possible to turn satin into a semi-gloss if you get to gung-ho about it. On the other hand, if you have a glossy wheel, anything too abrasive could cause scratches in that finish, too. I'd follow these guys suggestions if you are worried about it

I think mine have a painted finish. I use some wax on them and that helps prevent water spots the next time I wash them. Wax is alos great on windows, especially the front one in the rain!
