What guage of metal?
 

I just finished some crush corners and they turned awesome. I then sold them to a buddy. I want to make a new set out of aluminum. What guage would you all suggest?

No input. I find that surprising.

Ill try to get the ball rolling. My opinion,

If they are going to be aluminum, starting in between 10 and 14 gauge would be more than sufficient. The weight will still not be too bad while not sacrificing strength.

Want to build me a set??? JK
