Whats missing?
Well, this is all personal opinion, isn't it? Don't do flat fenders unless you need them--if you have rubbing. I think Chrysler did a fine enough job with the fender design and no one makes them better looking. JMHO. But, the steps bely the capability--get rock rails. And that plastic thing on the hood is of questionable performance (couple threads on those things), and doesn't add to the Jeep's "toughness". It's begging to get torn up by a tree branch when wheeling.
To get more basic, here's how I thought as I progressed with my mod's. How does the Jeep looking from each direction--front, sides and rear (okay, many folks don't look down from the top or up from the bottom, so those play a lessor role). Then try to do mod's that give your Jeep that tough look from each direction--tires, bumpers/tire carrier and rock rails. Lighting also helps. I think your hood-mounted lights are pretty big, but if they work for you ...
Now, this is ignoring the performance mod's, which might include gearing, stronger components, etc. Personally, I think dual stabilizers belong on a mall crawling pick-up truck. You'd have been better to put that money towards some Currie rods--anyone familiar with the Jeep stock parts would immediately recognize that you had beefed up that part for a real performance gain, not for looks. Look at other upgrades underneath. For the top, a rack might be useful--but only if you're into that kind of four wheeling (more expedition/overlanding, which happens to be my thing).
Here's where I'm at by following basically my own advice ...

Oh, and turn those tires around!!

I personally think black wheels would look like straight shit on it. The ones you've chosen are classic and look great, overall as others have already stated a pair of decent aftermarket windshield lights would be cool, just don't go mickey mouse size keep it moderate and tasteful, and honestly get rid of the plastic steps, because whatever you've thrown at it hasn't been hard enough if those are still in good working order, and pick up some serious rock sliders. Nice Jeep
So I took some of everyone's advice, lost the steps and the bugshield, looks like a whole nother rig. for some reason it even feels different driving it
