$120,000 Jeep Unlimited Rubicon EarthRoamer!
I was waiting for a H1N1 Shot at Walgreen's today, and had about an hour to kill while I waited. I stopped by the Magazine Rack, to see if I could find ANYTHING Jeep related. NADA! So, I picked up the newest copy of Car & Driver, and opened it up to this article, right off of the bat.....

They are nice for sure. I got to check one out in person at the local Jeep dealer a few months back, and was impressed.

At first I thought $120k seemed kind of expensive...then I saw that it has a sink. Now it's too good a deal to pass up. :beer:

Pretty sure they are or already have gone under. I remember reading about them filing for chp 11 bankrupcy.

Saw it at Jeep Safari earlier this year... very cool... but I'm not a fan of the toilet. I don't like the idea of someone taking a Stanley Steamer in my Jeep.

Earthroamer...great concept, poor follow through. Should have done some more in depth market research...I still think a more conservative approach along the lines of AEVs' Outpost Camper would have been more reasonable |
