Default $300.00

Ok so I have an extra $300.00 bucks and am looking to blow it on my JK. I am torn between a new front bumper (Which I was also considering building my own ) and a 2" lift. I just bought new tires (32") would a 2" lift look ok without bigger tires? can I get a decent lift for $300.00? how bad would it affect my gas milage?
I am open to any other suggestions (I have no other mods as of yet)
thanks in advance for your help/input

So I was just looking at that kit and it says 4.5 backspacing does that mean I need to buy wheel spacers? I have the "s" package with my x , 17 inch rims and I don't know the backspacing ( I thought it was somthing like 5.5?)?

2.5" = height
RC = Rough Country, manufacturer
BB = Budget Boost

the BB is a spacer lift, just puts polyeurothane pucks on top of the front / rear springs to give u the lift as opposed to replacing the springs (pucks are cheaper, hence the 'budget'). this kit comes w/shocks for your price point. u can order from RC as i believe they are a sponsor on this forum, but i got mine on eBay for $299 w/2.2 shocks. i have this on order. seems to do well for a lot of members on here. there is a wealth of useful information on do's / dont's for install, as well as 'problems'. but for the money and customer service i opted for this as i am, well, 'budget' conscious! good luck on whatever u choose, post pics when u get it installed! remember, all of the posts on here are opinions. do what suits your needs / budget. consider what kind of wheeling u do or if ur just going for looks. what tires did u end up getting?

Rough Country is a sponsor and if you order from them and tell them you are a forum member they sell it shipped for 285

I ended up getting the general grabber at 2's (I could not beat the price $570.00 for 5 tires Delivered) I went with the 265/75/17's
If I got this lift would I have to buy backspacers for my tires? the RC site said somthing about 4.5 backspacing?

You won't need it with 265's...you would if you went up to a 11.5 or wider tire
