Alright well my wife got some money from her Pell Grant. She has already bought her $650 Laptop she wanted and i get my share for Jeep stuff.

What do you all think i should go with?

My current mods are in my signature.

Was looking at a 4" lift but not sure if i can because it sounds like you'll need to buy more stuff very soon after.

Things im considering....
2"BDS lift
Xenon or other brand flat fenders.
Wheel spacers for a wider stance.
Maybe a bumper/winch?
Roof rack?

 

honestly, you should still consider the lift but if i were go with something else in your list, i would go with the bumper/winch or roof rack. they are more useful than anything else in your list.

 

you could get a 1" BL and the flat fenders. i wouldnt go over 1" due to frame/body flex

 

I would spend it on books or something else related to school.

That Pell grant was my tax money to further her education, not mod your Jeep.

The 650 she spent on the laptop was your tax $, mine comes out of the leftover 700 so I say go for the lift.

 

I'd look to the Bulldog Fab front bumper and a winch. Might be a little over your $700, but it'll look awesome.

Could you post some better daylight pics of your jeep?

What size back spacers would you get and how much would they make your tires stick out more? How much do your tires stick past the fenders now?

And I say if you got the extra money do it, I will help ya spend my tax money, lol.
