15'' wheel of 88-98 gm to fit jk bolt pattern
I just found that 2wd 1/2 ton gm pickup got the same wheel pattern as the new jk pattern 5 x 127mm. The only thing I'm not sure is if the backspacing will allow those wheel to fit over the brake caliper. I have to bought winter tires and want another set of rims so it can make a cheap purchase on salvage yard. Maybe someone is able to verify this. Thanks

I don't know what the GM wheels are but the JK's have 6.25" of BS and you should be good to go with that or less. With more, you will most likely have issues. Also, are these 15" wheels you're looking at or larger? If they are 15", you will definetly need to make sure they are not interfering with the brakes.

I don't know for backspacing now and I forgot to mention that thoses wheels are only 6'' wide but for winter use, it's correct. I didn't see anywhere someone telling that the 99-on Grand Cherokee wheel are the same bolt pattern and are available in 16'' and 17'' so maybe I will try that way.
