Default 18 inch wheels help

Does anyone know what the wheel offset needs to be to run BFG KO2 35/12.50r18's. I am looking to use 18 inch Pro comp 7036 with a 5 inch backspace. I have a 2.5 inch AEV lift. Will the tires rub?

Generally you want 4.5" or less backspacing. That will push the wheels a bit further out than 5".

Are you new to Jeeps? If so, suggest you look around at this forum for pictures of Jeeps with 35" tires. You will find that most Jeeps run with 16" and 17" wheels. There are reasons for that--performance reasons off road, as well as tire selection and cost. Search and you'll find plenty of discussion of this.
