I have a 2011 JK 2 dr and its very quiet. I added a Magnaflow exhaust and its still pretty quiet. I taped my door latches and grease the catch on the rear gate and that takes care of the rattles.

I was hearing a squeak coming from somewhere in the rear and it was driving me nuts. Turned out to be the rear seats, I folded them down, and popped them back up, squeak went away.

I had an October build 2011 Rubicon, 2 dr., and it had zero noises after 16,000 miles of country roads in Texas and off-roading. Traded it for my 2012 Rubicon, 2 dr., which was a day 2 production line build for 2012 models and same thing - not a single squeek or rattle. Very, very impressed.

Rattle coming from underneath, and almost a chirpy rattling coming from underneath what seems to be the front dash. i have the black ops edition...at dealer now 6th time, 6th time at new dealership per request of chrysler to have new tech look at ... gave case number to call back if still no fix. trading in for new if still rattle. fingers crossed chrysler will step up and take care of their customers....getttin another rubicon though of course.
