I placed my order yesterday, too. I went with a Flame Red JKUR with pretty basic options, only concession was heated seats for the wife. Congratulations to all of us!!

Your dealer was not lying. First post says it was order with the Max Tow Package which gives the 3.73.

Mine is a 6spd manual with 4.10 gears from the factory (not as sport though : )

-Unlimited Sport Billet. 6 speed. Max tow (forum sold me on 3.73). Connectivity & Side steps

So pumped....
What did you pay if you don't mind me asking because I just got a rocking deal on a 13 ? Wanted to see if it was worth the wait

Yep, I picked mine off the lot. 2012 2 door Rubicon with 6speed was my shopping list. Mine is Black Forest Green Pearl, probably the neatest single year color, but its only green in direct sunlight and when its clean (lots of compliments on the color when you see it up close). Ended up with the full option load pretty much too. Tan leather two-tone interior, sat nav, color matched fenders and top, plus the tow package.

If I could do it again, I think I would do exactly what you're doing. While the lockers and mud tires make mine keep up with the guys on 33s, I wish I had the budget to mod it. A sport model would have given me that option.

Final #'s aren't there yet, however, i got priced for the '13 at around 29k. The '14 I hope to get for not much more but we shall see.

Default Limited Slip??

Guys, one thing I forgot to mention, as of now I did not get the limited slip diff. Not even sure if I needed it. Any experiences or comments on it?

In my opinion, brake lock differential that all jku's have is excellent. No need for limited slip. Just another component that can go bad over time since it involved clutch plates. I highly doubt you will ever be in a position to say man, I wish I really spent extra money on the limited slip...
