I know this is an old thread, but just in case it helps anyone researching this combination (as I was)...
I went for 285/70r17 BFG AT KO2s on stock Rubicon wheels on my 2017 JKU Overland (UK spec, diesel, RHD). No lift, no spacers, no rubbing. I was expecting to have to shim the steering stops, but no, there's plenty of clearance for the front sway bar.
