Has anyone ordered from 4 wheel parts. My first experience has not been too good. I ordered neoprene seatcovers that were on sale.I recieved one passenger front seat and a backseat from an unlimited no headrest for the back.I called the sales dept and they said the rear was wrong but I should have recieved two fronts (no Kidding) customer service stated I had fifty seven calls ahead of mine. Needless to say I'll call again tomarrow. I have a couple of other parts coming and was just wondering how they were Thanks

 

They are one of the few companies that email works better for customer service not much better, but its not as fustrating as sitting on hold for an hour... Usually I really try and avoid them like the plague.. they've always fixed any issues Ive had.. but its like pulling teeth and it seems everytime I order from them, there is an issue... but sometimes they have such good deals, I just cant resist, eventhough I know better
