I watched there build thred weekly a few years back .think the build cost was around 150k . If I had the cash I would just get them to make me one up there in MBRP Huntsville ON CA on the brute double cab platform for under 200k. And you are correct, It went to the DR , I heard a rumor it was a baseball player purchased it a few years back.

Saw this on YouTube. Pretty funny, this guy from the Dominican Republic wanted so much random stupid crap. So that's what they did. "I want a shotgun box here, a handgun box in the drivers side, a turbo 5.9l Cummings and a huge bottle of NOS just in case I go hunting." I can't believe they made that thing for him. Rediculous

Haha so much hate.
I watched the entire build on that thing. It is, without a doubt, the baddest JK of all time. Period. It's also a one-off. People would say that paying $4.8 million for a Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita would be outlandish because at the end of the day the "build cost" was a fraction of that? Including R&D I'm guessing here... when at the end of the day it's just metal, carbon fiber and rubber.
I'm just surprised that a-hole Dan Bilzerian hasn't snagged it yet.
